• A couple of “mock-ups” are made and shown to the customer.  Discussions and ideas are put forward before taking the site to its final state.
• We agree on price for the project and a 50% deposit is paid.
• The final version is presented and minor issues will be corrected and sorted out.  Once the final version is approved by the customer, the last payment is due and the new homepage is uploaded and ready to use.
• Initial support issues are included in the price, and the customer is not just left on their own at this point.  We will help with any problems or errors with the site, and any ongoing support issues and larger expansion projects can be discussed at an agreed upon price.
